So we have meet again twice now on Monday to finish the proposal pkg. and Thursday to go over what we need to do next. We have divided up the positions and will come back together on Tuesday to finalize the package. I will be taking the footage we have to show on Wednesday in Monday afternoon to get it ready for presentation. We are so ready to get some more footage and get this on the road. I have emailed some questions to Shannon to confirm our budget. I am sending emails out to make sure we are set for Tuesdays meeting. Other than that, the rest is pretty basic and same old stuff. I am currently working on contacts and locations and times to meet. I am also working on questions to ask and trying to get ahead on organization and coverage. I will be making some storyboards up too. With all this said I am working on reading and keeping my self educated and challenged so we have a good doc after all is said and done and so I can be ready to shoot my next one.
Wednesday and Friday rocked. David Gatten came to campus and well you have to meet him to understand. It was totally inspiring and I could really relate to this guy and how he views film making. If you have not seen this guy and his work make sure you add that to your "before I die" to-do list, especially if your a film maker. Thanks for inviting him;)
