Hey guys there have been a lot of transition going on with myself and with MMM. I thought in this blog I would just update you on some changes with MMM since at this point I am just getting settled in my new apartment that I just moved in to, but I will explain that in more detail at the end.
MMM is no longer meeting at McDaniel's Farm restaurant, due to its closing. The group now meets at a church off of Gordon Rd. that is being newly renovated. A lot of new people are starting to come and MMM needed new and more space anyway. The annual banquet is slotted for Nov. 30th in which I will show a short version of this doc. So needless to say I have a lot of work ahead of me and I am busy trying to figure how I can create a plan to have time to finish the doc. I will be out of a job in September and I am looking for one related to my Field and that won't suck time away from my wife, church, and my own work (like this doc). Now that is going to be hard to find, but hey the Lord will provide, trust me everything thus far has worked out.
As for me like I said we just moved to a sweet spot off of River Rd. that is only temporary while we look for a house. Also we both are looking for new jobs, mine here is a temp job and I need something that will last until I quit or I am fired, and my wife just needs something better, hopefully it will be working with me at my new job doing something related to film or video. The whole having my own business thing needs to be re-thought and may not be best for my future goals, but we'll see. Please feel free to give us advice or point us to anything that could help.

Filmmaker's Bio
I am a Senior Film Student at UNCW. My interests are very broad, so for the sake of reading I will highlight the ones in common to this documentary. They are my relationship with Jesus and my wife and I love "film" (all aspects even video). The purpose of this blog is to track the progress and the behind the scenes look at creating this documentary on my mentor and mentoring itself (more info. to come). My plans or goals are to complete my feature script and get it produced. I also plan to do church media while doing films. I also plan to become the best director/writer I can be while honoring God. I am very interested in this documentary and pursuing its showing in several film festivals among other venues. I am very interested in trying something new and challenging in this documentary. I like all types of doc's, but more so of those focused on the filmmaker’s beliefs and what they are seeking or trying to tell about them selves. I really like the experimental, but may not pursue that with this doc. I have taken many film production classes at UNCW, and currently am taking Documentary, Sound, After Effects, Advanced Editing and I am helping one of my professors on a film project. I have done classes and internships galore among self education. I have done intro classes, directing, Maya, screenwriting and much more that I can't recall right now.
